党务工作者专业化和职业化概念的阐释——基于交叉学科视角与概念分解法

摘要: 理论和实践中存在的对党务工作者专业化和职业化的认知局限可以采用交叉学科视角，运用概念分解法等方法加以摆脱。从概念拆解看，党务工作者的专业化和职业化概念由“党务工作者”、“专业”、“职业”、“化”组成，“党务工作者”概念关涉党的领导、党的建设，对“专业”和“职业”的含义作出了本质规定，并通过“化”标示发展方向。从概念合取看，党务工作者的专业化是指党务工作者逐渐具有专业知识、专业技能、专业素养，进而成为党务工作“内行”的变化；党务工作者的职业化是指要推动党务工作者职业的成形和高质量发展，从而使一批党务工作者专心专注专业的从事党务工作。由此，可通过概念对比和对学界既有认识的审慎考察推动认识的深入。

Abstract: The cognitive limitations of the specialization and professionalization of the Chinese Communist Party affairs workers in theory and practice can be overcome by means of interdisciplinary perspective and conceptual decomposition method. From the perspective of conceptual deconstruction, the concepts of specialization and professionalization of the Party affairs workers are composed of “the Party affairs workers”, “expertise”, “profession” and “transformation”. The concept of “the Party affairs workers” is related to the party’s leadership and the party building, which essentially defines the meanings of “expertise” and “profession”, and indicates the direction of development through “transformation”. From the perspective of conceptual construction, the specialization of the Party affairs workers refers to the process through which they gradually have professional knowledge, professional skills, and professional qualities, thereby become “experts” of the Party’s affairs ; the professionalization of the Party affairs workers refers to the effort to promote the formation and high-quality development of the Party affairs worker as a profession, thereby enabling a group of Party affairs workers to engage in this work with preoccupation, professionalism and dedication. Consequently, the deepening of understanding can be advanced through conceptual comparison and a prudent examination of existing academic discourse.
